The Phlatprinter MKII© (patent pending) is the second generation of the Phlatprinter and is specially designed for cutting foam and other sheet media with even more speed, accuracy, and power than the original Phlatprinter.    

The Phlatprinter MK II is designed with a belt drive system on all three axis.  This allows for speeds of 200 + inches per minute.  The Phlatprinter MKII sports a powerful Rotozip and flex shaft which will maximizes the potential for cutting materials.  The MKII can cut material up to 27" wide, up to 2" thick, and unlimited length.  Although the Phlatprinter MK II was designed to cut foam sheet material, Phlat Club Members are quickly finding that with the power of the MK II it does so much more!

 Most all of our customers knew nothing about CNC machines before buying and building their Phlatprinters.  Now, they are willing and able to answer most questions you may have. We are like a large family.  We share designs and ideas on the Phlatforum and are always willing to lend a helping hand. 

Phlatprinter MK II Phlat Bonez Kit

The Phlat Bonez Kit is all of the wood parts needed to build the Phlatprinter cabinet along with the plexi glass windshield.   We offer this option to allow you the flexibility (and savings) of purchasing your own parts.  If the Phlat-Bonez Kit is purchased alone, we will include a complete shopping list with detailed descriptions and Lowe's part numbers.  There are a few items that will need to be ordered and we will include information on those parts as well.  The majority of parts can be purchased at your local hardware store.

You will need to purchase the Phlat-Bonez Kit, the Components Kit, and the Electronics Kit to complete your Phlatprinter build (unless you choose to shop for your own parts).

Shipping and handling is calculated through the United States Post Office and shipping is estimated at one week from the time the order is placed or the e-check clears.

The Phlatprinter MK II Components Kit

The Phlatprinter MK II Components Kit will provide you with all of the components you will need to build the Phlatprinter. 

Not only do we handle the shopping for you, we also do the majority of part preparation.  We cut the rods, iron pipe, plastic pipes, grip tape, stepper motor wire, and the all thread to the proper lengths.

You will need to purchase the Phlat-Bonez Kit, the Components Kit, and the Electronics Kit to complete your Phlatprinter build (unless you choose to shop for your own parts).

- Two phase bipolar (PWM Technology) this board doesn't need any external resistor for current motor adjustment.

- Resolution (Full step, 1/2 step, 1/4 step, 1/8 step) selectable via dip switch for each axis, also, you can get a resolution of 1600 steps per 360º revolution with a conventional 200 steps motor, Imagine the fine movement that you will get!

Professional Phlatprinter MKII© Stand Kit

This is the perfect stand for the Phlatprinter MKII©.  It's strong, durable, and comes with casters that allow for easy mobility around the shop floor.  It is built using the same tab and slot construction as the Phlatprinter MKII itself.

The MK II Stand is enclosed and has a dust collection drawer that stores the cutting dust until your ready to vacuum it out.
