The Phlat-Bones Kit is basically the skeleton of The Phlatprinter.  It consists of 54 wooden parts as well as the needed plexi glass already cut to The Phlatprinter's specifications using tab and slot construction.  The Phlatprinter build works along the lines of a 3D wooden model, very easy to assemble and joined by glue. 

The Phlat-Bones Kit allows you to have the convenience of the pre-cut and pre-drilled parts while still giving you the opportunity to avoid the extra expenses involved in having us supply all of the materials.

The Phlat-Bones Kit will allow you to have a 22" wide cutting area with unlimited length and 2" of Z travel.

All other materials can be purchased via a shopping list that is located in the Build Log (members only) section.  The pass code for this Members Only section will be included with the Phlat Bonez Kit.  The build log consists of step by step tutorial videos which will take you from preparation to assembly to cutting your own parts.

The Phlat-Premium Kit contains EVERYTHING needed to build the Phlatprinter excluding the electronics and the glue.  When you purchase the Phlat-Premium Kit, the Phlat Bonez will be included plus all mechanical parts needed to complete the build.  We handle the shopping and most of the component preparations which includes cutting rods, pipes, and all thread to length, pre-drilling any necessary holes, cutting the drive wheel material to size, the rubber hoses, and the wiring.  This kit also comes with a free Dremel!

Follow the tutorial on our website to complete the build!  Passcode will be included with the Phlat-Premium Kit shipment.  This passcode will allow you access to all of the tutorial videos and build logs located in our members only section.  On our website, you can download lots of free files for cutting and there are more created every day by all of the Phlat Club members who have already built and are enjoying the Phlatprinter.  You also are able to download the PhlatScripT which is a FREE Sketchup plugin created for the use of the Phlatprinter, exclusively.  This plugin allows you to easily create cutting codes from your Sketchup creations.  This plugin works with the free version of Sketchup.

We have found that the United States Post Office offers the most competitive international shipping prices.  We were able to cut our shipping quotes almost in half from the other shipping companies.  We still continue to search and compare prices.
